Robotics and Coding Exhibition

On 30 August 2024, a Robotics and Coding Exhibition was held at Saraswati Secondary School, Thecho, Godawari municipality, Lalitpur. This is the third in series that RC Yala has spearheaded to introduce the 21st century skills in public schools in Godawari municipality area. Previously, similar programs were launched in Kitini Secondary school and Phulchowki Secondary School.

The event showcased projects prepared by grade seven/eight students after they went through ten sessions of training each on the basics of robotics and coding, jointly launched by Saraswati Secondary School and Rotary Club of Yala with technical support of Dursikshya Education Network. A huge number of students and teachers from several public and private schools in the vicinity as well as parents, officials from local administration and school management committee members visited the exhibition where students demonstrated six projects each on robotics and coding.
