Project on Coding and Robotics in Public Schools

RC Yala inked three MoUs this week to launch a pilot project on Coding and Robotics in public schools in the Godawari Municipality, Lalitpur District. This project has been initiated in Kitini Secondary School at Taukhel, Phulchowki Secondary School at Thaiba and Shree Saraswati Secondary School at Thecho, initially for 12 lessons in each school for grade seven students, to be completed before the end of the current academic year.

The purpose of this MoU is to introduce Coding and Robotics education to students so that they gain skills for solving everyday problems by harnessing their potentials in critical thinking, creativity and collaborations, and provide access to the opportunities offered by ongoing revolution in digital technology and data science. The project is being implemented in collaboration with DursikshyaEducationNetwork and National College of Engineering.
