Free PAP Smear & Breast Cancer Screening

On 16 December 2023, the Rotary Club of Yala (RC Yala) partnered with Upchar Ko Laagi Sahayogi Haatharu, Nepal Cancer Hospital & Research Center Ltd. and Jestha Nagarik Tatha Mahila Uthan Kendra, to conduct a health camp and awareness program on uterus and breast cancer screening at Fulchowki Secondary School in Thaiba, Ward No. 14, Godavari Municipality, Lalitpur. The initiative benefited 125 women, with the medical team identifying six patients requiring further investigation for potential breast cancer.
