DG Santosh Rijal installed Rtn Dr Sumitra Manandhar Gurung as the 25th President of RC Yala for 2021-22 by handing over charter certification, hammer, gong, pin, collar to President virtually. President Rtn. Dr Sumitra Manandhar Gurung delivered her acceptance speech.
